How CARP can support you?
CARP offers tutoring on any part of the writing process, from prompt analysis, brainstorming, thesis writing, structure and organization, integrating and analyzing quotes, grammar and even citations. Furthermore, CARP's Writing, Reading, and Study Skills Unit can support other forms of writing such as resumes, cover letters, scholarship essays, grant writing, and graduate school applications, while also offering assistance in public speaking for oral presentations (group and individual) and interview techniques. CARP's Writing Unit strives to develop your academic and professional skills, writing and interpersonal. Concurrently, CARP's Math, Science, and Business Unit supports students in specific courses detailed under the Tutoring tab to your upper left. From the new Math 'Stretch' courses like MATH 107, 123, and 197, to Pre-Calculus MATH 199, as well as many Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Accounting, Economics, and Business math courses! CARP's Math Unit works alongside you on creating problems based off of your concerns to impart the skills and strategies necessary for your development and success in these courses.
